Something I have been reflecting on recently is the idea of making a difference and leading a fulfilled life. So many of us go about our llives really wanting to make a contribution to the outside world and to affect the wellbeing of others in a positive way.
However most of us, at least at times in our lives, can be harsh, critical and judgemental of ourselves in ways we would never dream of being towards others.

Today we are facing an epidemic of anxiety, affecting everyone from those as young as our infants with feeding and sleeping difficulties and our very young children with school refusal and behavioral difficulties.

Stigma is related to the shameful feelings we develop when experiencing difficulty with an issue in our lives. It is what alienates us from others when we feel that what we are going through cannot be spoken about.

Always have HOPE.....
We learn our biggest lessons from the challenges and adversities we face, which we may not enjoy or even like, but if we can ACCEPT things as they are now and RIDE the wave as they flow through our life, we lessen the struggle and enable them to pass more easily.
