GENERAL TERMS

Bodi Alchemy is not obligated to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for bookings that are cancelled for any reason.
Bodi Alchemy will endeavour to start and finish sessions/ workshops at the scheduled time.
At face to face events, Bodi Alchemy is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings. We encourage you to bring only what is needed for the session you are attending.
Workshops may include yoga movement and when you voluntarily participate in them it is with full knowledge that Bodi Alchemy is in no way liable for any injury obtained during the session.
Bodi Alchemy does not offer refunds on online courses or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final.

PHOTOGRAPHY

From time to time, Bodi Alchemy may capture or hire a professional to capture imagery or video contents to be used in the promotion of the business. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you accept that you may appear in promotional material for Bodi Alchemy.

The content on our website belongs to us or to who someone who has given us permission to use it. If you are using our website and its content for purposes other than personal or non-commercial reasons then you must get our written permission.
Workshop studio hosts, if in attendance, are not permitted to use content observed during Bodi Alchemy workshops for commercial purposes. In these cases, when negotiated, they are gifted a place as a participant in exchange for facilitating check ins and operations before and after the workshop.
Any use of content for purposes other than personal or non-commercial reasons require our written permission. This similarly extends to general participants who work within the holistic health industry.

PRICING

All prices, products and offers are in AUD.
Prices may increase from time to time. Notice of any such increase will be provided on our website.

WORKSHOPS, COURSES AND EVENTS

Bodi Alchemy does not offer refunds or credits on workshops, courses or events for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reasons. All purchases are final.
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your workshop, course or event into another persons name by emailing us at talisteed@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the starting date and time.
Full payment is required upon booking. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before scheduled start time of workshops and events. Doors will close 2 minutes before the start time.

BOOKING WINDOWS, WAITLISTS + CANCELLATIONS

Bodi Alchemy reserves the right to cancel any class, workshop, course or special event. A minimum of three people is required for a class, workshop, course or special event to proceed. Bodi Alchemy reserves the right to cancel a class, workshop, course or special event if a minimum number is not met. If you have a booking you will be contacted via email prior to the start time that the class, workshop or event has been cancelled.

ONLINE CONSULTS

Appointments require full pre-payment. A session is not considered confirmed until it is paid in full.
Once purchased Bodi Alchemy is under no obligation to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for bookings that are cancelled for any reason.
Session times can be rescheduled outside of 24 hrs from scheduled time of consult. Within 24 hrs client forfeits booking if unable to make scheduled time.
In the event Bodi Alchemy cancels your appointment, you are entitled to a full refund or option to reschedule.
In the event of accident-related no-shows or unexpected illness related cancellations supported by a medical certificate, the missed appointment can be rescheduled for a later date or the difference of the appointment will be refunded (less AUD 20.00 administrative fee).

MEDIA EVENTS/ PRIVATE GROUP BOOKINGS

Event or Group Bookings require full pre-payment. A session/event is not considered confirmed until it is paid in full.
In the event Bodi Alchemy cancels your Event or Group Booking, you are entitled to a full refund or option to reschedule with no cancellation or re-booking fee applied.
In the event of accident-related no-shows or unexpected illness related cancellations supported by a medical certificate, the missed Event or Group Booking can be rescheduled for a later date or the difference of the booking will be refunded (less AUD 50.00 administrative fee, and any travel related expenses).

The cancellation fee depends on the time of cancellation.
