4 week Group Series Intention:

To empower women to develop the mental & physical strength to get through

pregnancy, birth and beyond. 

Includes: 

- Yoga poses suitable for pregnancy to cultivate strength & flexibility for labour and postnatal recovery. 

- Breathing techniques to facilitate stress reduction & overall wellbeing through pregnancy and birth

- Mantra, meditation and guided visualisation 

- Yoga nidra for pregnancy 

- Pelvic floor strengthening 

- Connection with other women going through the same experience of pregnancy
