I believe that yoga is for everyone and is a 

practice that we can incorporate into our lives both 

on and off the mat. 


Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years 

and in that time I have found it a constant source 

of support, energy, joy and inspiration.


I believe in tuning into yourself and meeting 

your body on the mat where you are today. 


As a Yoga Teacher, I see my role as a 

guide to help you connect to the

inner wisdom of your body. 


My style is a slow Hatha and Yin inspired 

practice,  to facilitate a deeper full 

relaxation of body, mind and spirit.
